Dear VVCM Families, After careful consideration and review of California Department of Public Health guidelines relating to the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus), it has been deemed necessary to postpone Valley View Charter Montessori’s 3rd Annual Dinner Auction that was scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2020 at the Lake Natoma Inn. The PTO worked closely with school administration to come to this difficult decision which was made in the best interest of our attendees’ health and well-being.
We were able to work with Lake Natoma Inn to confirm a new date for the Dinner Auction which will be on Sunday, May 3rd. If you have already purchased a Dinner Auction ticket, it will be automatically transferred to the event on the rescheduled date of May 3rd. Should you need to cancel your registration due to scheduling conflicts, please contact the VVCM PTO at [email protected] and we will arrange a refund. All raffle tickets already purchased will be honored at the Dinner Auction on the rescheduled date of May 3rd. We ask for your understanding and patience as we work through this unexpected change of plans.
